  • Yoga classes are individually tailored to the desires and needs of the participants. Everyone from ‘first-timers’ to those with extensive experience are welcomed and accommodated

  • Yoga mats/blocks, towels, item storage space and drinking water are provided. Consider swimwear for sauna and cold plunge.

  • Our natural, handcrafted, traditional Scandinavian sauna is wood-fueled and achieves temperatures of 140-190F, as desired by participants
